The Principal of Catalyst Consulting (formerly Desliens Business Consultants) Adam Gordon came to the Northern Territory in 1983 as General Manager – Industrial Development with the Northern Territory Development Corporation after a career in aerospace, marine and farm machinery.  He has been involved in assisting a wide range of organisations in their journey towards business excellence as well as undertaking a wide range of industry studies such as oil and gas, defence support, aerospace, research and development and ITC.

Catalyst extends its services into business training, coaching and mentoring,  providing an interactive, personal service.
